Delivery

 

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but is typically 3-4 business days. You can track a package through the link sent in your confirmation email.

 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that ships your product from a facility based on the delivery location you provide.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • If the item is marked as “delivered” check that the package isn’t hidden behind something or covered up.

  • Check with neighbors in case the package was delivered to them instead.

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't hidden or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contactdkoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number, or alternatively, use our contact form located at www.derekkoutdoors.com/contact.

 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but you may be responsible for shipping costs.

 

Orders

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, let us know at contactdkoutdoors@gmail.com or use our contact form located at www.derekkoutdoors.com/contact.

 

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contactdkoutdoors@gmail.com or use our contact form located at www.derekkoutdoors.com/contact within a week of delivery. Additionally, email us photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

 

Refunds and Returns

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at contactdkoutdoors@gmail.com or use our contact form located at www.derekkoutdoors.com/contact. Please email us photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Currently, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every clothing item listed on our store at www.derekkoutdoors.com/sizing. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order at contactdkoutdoors@gmail.com or use our contact form located at www.derekkoutdoors.com/contact. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

How long to hear back about a problem?

If you contact us through our email at contactdkoutdoors@gmail.com or use our contact form located at www.derekkoutdoors.com/contact, we will reply as soon as possible with a resolution, a request for more information, or to notify you that we are reviewing your message. You can expect to hear from us in two business days or less, but depending on the problem, may require up to five business days to resolve. We thank you for your patience.
